Elaboration:
Wine made of Petit Verdot, growing in the Finca La Indiana (Ronda). These vineyards are located more than 700 meters, where the difference temperature between night and day allows perfect grape ripening. Hand- made harvesting, transporting the grapes to the winery in Moclinejo in boxes of 20 kg.
Maturing and ageing:
12 months in french oak barrels.
Analytical characteristics:
14 % vol.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Cherry color with violet borders, clean and brilliant. Aromas of red and black fruits such as currants, raspberry and blueberry jam, and graphite mineral. Spicy and black licorice flavors. The palate entry is intense and wide sensation. Great acidity balanced whole.
How to serve:
Serve between 14 y 16º C.
